Lita Albuquerque

On Sunday, January 22nd, 2012, preeminent Los Angeles artist Lita Albuquerque created 'Spine of the Earth 2012,' a performance piece commissioned by The Getty as part of their Pacific Standard Time Performance and Public Art Festival.

The event took place at Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook in LA. Lita, in white, led 300 volunteers in the piece, which began with a sky diver landing in the center of the spiral.

One Person Crying Exhibition


Marissa Roth is very pleased to share some exciting news! The Museum of Tolerance in Los Angeles, California, will be debuting an exhibition of her 28-year, global photographic project, "One Person Crying: Women and War" this coming fall.

The opening is scheduled for September 6th, and the work will be up until November 30th, 2012. We will keep you posted!
